The Quality Policy of STORKO EOOD, Pleven Cannery is formed as a market strategy for the production of wide variety of safe foods by guaranteeing a constant high level of quality of the products in line with the customers’ expectations and the standard requirements.

The factory has its own Process and Quality Control Department which oversees every step of the production process to ensure quality and adherence to recipes and technological sequences. The production cycle uses technologies that preserve the natural qualities of the products.

To implement its policy and to achieve the objectives related to the quality of its products, to make sure operation is economically efficient, to create a modern organization of labor, to implement new technologies, and to help preserve the environment, the Company has designed, implemented and maintains a Quality and Product Safety Management System (QPSMS) in accordance with the requirements of the FSSC 22000 series of standards. This requires a process-based approach to food safety management to be taken. The QPSMS is subjected to periodic auditing and upgrades whereas its efficiency is constantly being improved upon.
